Bring your valid government-issued photo ID and the document(s) you need notarized. Do NOT sign the documents ahead of time — you must sign in the notary's presence. If you're unsure about anything, we'll guide you through the process.

NO — do not sign anything in advance. One of the notary's key responsibilities is witnessing your signature in person (or via video for RON). If a document is already signed, we cannot notarize it. Bring unsigned documents and we'll handle the rest.

Yes! For RON sessions, you can upload documents ahead of time through our Upload Documents page. For other services, uploading in advance lets us review your paperwork so the appointment goes faster. It's secure and encrypted.

Most general notarizations take 10–20 minutes. Loan signings typically take 45–90 minutes depending on the package size. RON sessions are usually 15–30 minutes. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.

Some documents require additional witnesses beyond the notary. Let us know ahead of time and we can advise on whether you need to arrange witnesses. For some services, we may be able to help coordinate.
