TrueMark Signatures complies with all applicable Florida notary laws. The following fees represent the maximum fees permitted by Florida statute for notarial acts.

Cancellation Policy
Less than 2 hours' notice
Appointments canceled with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee.
Loan signing cancellations
Loan signing cancellations after documents have been printed may incur a print-and-return fee.
