Customer Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Present valid government-issued identification.
- Ensure documents are complete before notarization.
- Be willing and mentally competent to sign documents.
- Provide accurate appointment information.
Appointment Policy
Appointments are subject to availability.
Travel fees, after-hours fees, or emergency service fees may apply.
Clients should notify us as soon as possible if an appointment must be rescheduled or canceled.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods will be identified before or at the time of service.
Refusal of Service
TrueMark Signatures reserves the right to refuse any notarization that does not comply with Florida law or where the notary believes the notarization should not proceed.
